Tribeca Duplex
maa designs created a fabulous duplex loft in a modern Tribeca high rise building by combining two stacked apartment units located in a sleek, full service, luxury building. The corner apartment, facing south and east, features floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous city views from every room. The large opening in the concrete slab for the stair was a considerable challenge but maa designs was able to coordinate with the structural engineer, the building management and the contractor to make this vital part of the project happen.
The gracious 3500 square foot, four bedroom home also has four and a half bathrooms all with elegant marble tile and mosaic details. The apartment includes a guest suite which doubles as a family room, a custom bar as well as a separate dressing area. Great attention was paid to every detail including the Boffi custom chef's kitchen and bathroom vanity, the custom designed closets, specialized lighting throughout and the built-in audio visual system.
