Built on a unique long and narrow property on the Great South Bay, the Bay House commands incredible panoramic waterfront views year round.  The existing charming cottage, just under 1000 sf was gutted and transformed to include a spa-like bedroom with bathtub, a private kitchen and a large living and dining area which take advantage of the phenomenal views.  The living room features a vaulted and beamed bead board ceiling and a modern fireplace.  The screened-in porch also boasts a vaulted ceiling and provides 180 degree views of the dramatic natural landscape.
